vm needs to obtain corp network IP

Hi there,
windows 10 pro + latest virtualbox
My laptop is connected to our corp network through VPN. After I successfully create a linux vm (CentOS
, I need it have corp network IP so other people in my team can have access (ssh, etc) to it.
How can I achieve it?
Now I have tried NAT and bridged network, and vm IP address is always something like 192.168.xxx.xxx, which is not what we need.
thanks a lot!
