That log the error message mentioned might be useful.
Please right-click the guest in the main Virtualbox window's guest list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log, zip the log file, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
Also please resize 4K images by 50% so they fit nicely on the forum for those that don't have 4K monitors.

Yes, I tried that, but it says The file is too big, maximum allowed size is 128 KiB.
i followed your instructions, but the file is still too big. hence why I separated them.

A log that's too big even when zipped is very rare. But the first part of your log shows the problem.
Hyper-V is enabled and needs to be disabled. See
HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active)

Hi, I have the exact same error, I am unable to resolve this issue.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

You get the same error because you have the same problem. You have the line Attempting to fall back to NEM in your log. Follow the link provided in the previous post.
