Can't login Ubuntu VM

Hello,
I met problem with login Ubuntu VM.
Probably issue is related to the keyboard layout.
Can I check somewhere what is exactly typed in password field.

Well ... I checked and it's what I type.
Nevertheless login fails. Probably there was a typo when I specified a password and I didn't notice it.
Does exist some workaround ?

After nth attempt ecran became black (can't share screenshot because it's 1st day I use this forum)

I closed Ubuntu window, then launched Ubuntu once more.
Now it's ok.
As I remember the issue appeared after I clicked on "Adjust Window".
After that menu of Virtual Box disappeared and I was asked for password.
Also when resizing the ratio width/height wasn't kept
Anyway how to resize window and keep ratio width/height ?
