VirtualBox base interface freezes on Windows 10

When I open Virtualbox (latest version 6.1.14, Windows 10 host) the interface becomes completely unresponsive (or if I have VM open) after just 1-2 minutes. I've reinstalled the application numerous times, restarted, deleted all VMs, tried also older builds, the same issue always occurs and I am out of ideas. This first happened when I had Ubuntu 20.04 MATE VM open it suddenly became unresponsive after 2-3 hours and I had to shut down all VirtualBox processes in Task Manager.
I searched web for similar issues but I found none.
Any help would be much appreciated.

While Virtualbox is closed, go to C:\Users\{you} and move the ".Virtualbox" folder (note the period in the name) to your desktop. Open Virtualbox again.
If it seizes up again, close Virtualbox, log out of the PC and back in again, then go to C:\Users\{youraccount}\.Virtualbox, and zip & post the VboxSVC.log, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.

Ok, I've followed your instructions. Here is the zipped VboxSVC.log.

The issue got resolved somehow... I didn't touch virtualbox for week or two and now everything works fine. It is possible that some windows update resolved this issue.

Sorry I forgot about this topic.
Nothing odd appears in your VbxSVC.log.
Above you mentioned that for a while the problem resolved itself then returned. Did you ever try this advice:

If you did, what does Virtualbox do when you move that folder then open Virtualbox?

If I move the .Virtualbox folder to my Desktop and open Virtualbox the .Virtualbox folder gets recreated (and its content), though my machines are gone. However, the interface freezes again after a few seconds...
I've disabled my antivirus (I am using COMODO) however this was not the culprit

Today I have discovered something interesting.
Virtualbox was freezing on me again and I've decided to terminate all unnecessary processes via task manager. After that, I've run Virtualbox and it didn't freeze. So it seems one of the unnecessary processes is a culprit here, though I don't know which one yet.

Having Virtualbox freeze like this is not a common problem. Interference from another host process is a good suspect. Especially look for things that scan the PC.
