Perhaps you start by having a look the
Forum Posting Guide for help in framing Qs. This also gives some tips on how to search for know problems.
For example what host OS are you running. Is it Vista perhaps? What version of VBox?
Why not try googling
vista RPC_E_CHANGED_MODE site:virtualbox.org or "Failed to initialise COM". Without basic data it is hard to give a more focussed answer.

Tried to reinstall VB? According to the wiki, that should solve the issue but is not guaranteed tough.

And what did you do? Tried a reinstall? Searched the forum here as suggested and found a solution?

If you have tried reinstalling and you are still getting the error, then I suggest that you register for a
wiki user account (this is different to a forum account sorry) and then use the public
Bugtracker to raise a ticket to report this problem.
If you don't need the VBox 2.0.2 functionality (e.g. your guest is a 32bit OS) then you could try to downgrade to VBox 1.6.6 as a workaround. See the 1.6.6 Announcement in the first forum for instructions on how to do this.
