Hi,

I'm looking for the possibility importing Windows VM on hard drive, making it running on the latter. If YES please advise how? Pointers would be appreciated.

According to my recollection several years ago it is possible importing Linux VM to hard drive.

I am having difficulty understanding the question. Do you mean "porting" rather than "importing"? I.e. are you asking about moving the VM to another drive? If so then see: Howto: Move a VM.

To make it simple;

Instead of installing Windows 10 on the hard drive of a new PC from its ISO, can I convert a VM direct on the new hard drive as OS of the new PC ?

Can you migrate a Windows image between PCs? Sure you can, and being a VM doesn't make that PC different in that regard.

Ideally you would run the free version of Macrium on the source PC, and "restore" the Macrium image into the VM. If all you have is a drive then use Disk2VHD. Don't use dd unless beating yourself with a stick is your thing.
