Forum gurus won't go to third-party sites for logs and pictures that can be posted using the forum's Upload Attachment tab on the first day first post.
Please post a screenshot, crop and resize the picture to get under the forum's 128kB size limit, then post the picture file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
Start the guest from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the guest from within the guest OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the guest with the Power Off option set.
Right-click the guest in the main Virtualbox window's guest list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log, zip it, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.

I see a lot of size changes between 640x480 and larger sizes. Were those attempts to trigger the problem?
You have up-to-date Guest Additions installed, and you're not using 3D acceleration. (Up-to-date GAs was what I was suspecting, this one is a puzzle.)

You already had up-to-date GAs, nothing needed to be changed there.
You might also try some punctuation and capitals in your posts. It is difficult to understand you.
Please zip and post another vbox.log.

Guest Additions are up to date.
3D acceleration is on now, which uses host video drivers to process guest video. However your host video drivers suffer from the ongoing Nvidia driver problem:
00:00:06.981539 supR3HardenedErrorV: supR3HardenedScreenImage/LdrLoadDll: rc=VERR_CR_PKCS7_KEY_USAGE_MISMATCH fImage=1 fProtect=0x0 fAccess=0x0 \Device\HarddiskVolume2\Windows\System32\nvd3dumx.dll:
which causes other troubles.
The
test builds are supposed to fix this driver problem. If you decide to try them, update the Extension Pack and the Guest Additions again. All three: Virtualbox, EP, and GAs must be the same version.

[Citation needed], as Wikipedia puts it. Please post a zipped vbox.log showing 6.1.15 everything installed.
