Hello, i have a problem with VBox since 5 month ago.
When starting virtualbox, the process remains in the background and the main menu interface is not displayed.
Things I have tried:
Reinstall virtualbox (cleaning files with CCleaner).
Install the latest version.
Install an old version.
Change BIOS settings.
Disable Hyper-V.
(I have a hard drive with Linux and the same version of Virtualbox, and on Linux if you let me run it).

Last week y began to use Windows 10 Pro and Hyper V. I have had problems with my virtual machines using VirtualBox and VMware.
I have reduced my problems by changing the configuration of my virtual machine. In the SYSTEM and ACCELERATION options use de DEFALUT interface and DON'T use the nested pagination.
Probably this will help you.

my problem isn't with virtual machines. I can't start the virtualBox process because it is on background process list all time.

Reboot your host PC so no Virtualbox processes are running.
Go to C:\Users\{you} and move the '.Virtualbox' folder (note the period in the name) to your desktop.
Now start Virtualbox. Does the main Virtualbox window open?

If the screenshot shows an error message, post the text of the error message instead. If the screenshot shows important information, not just a black box or a seized guest OS, crop and resize the picture to get under the forum's 128kB size limit, then post the picture file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.

we won't be able to help until the error you are getting is posted on the forum so we can see it without going to 3rd-party sites.
