I´m not able to make incoming connections like a simple VPN (PPTP) to a fresh installed WinWPSP2 Guest. Host OS is WinXPSP2 as well.
Scenario: Host has one W-LAN NIC connectet with 54 MBit/s to a ADSL Router. On Windows Host VPN works as expected. As soon as I try to Bridge the W-LAN NIC with the virtual NIC called "VBox NIC1" the W-LAN connection drops. Both the Host and the Guest are configured to use DCHP.
Because there is a Firewall on the Router, on the Host and on the Guest there is no security risk at all. I want to achieve that all Incomming connections are passed to the Guest.Switching off the Firewalls doesn´t solve the Problem.
Any help welcome!!

If "W-LAN" means Wi-fi, Bridged does not always work with Wi-Fi. See Virtualbox Networks: In Pictures: Bridged Adapter.thanhtruong wrote:ost has one W-LAN NIC ... As soon as I try to Bridge the W-LAN NIC
