Kali Won't run after Installation and PC crashes every time

I Just installed Virtualbox on a Windows 10 Machine, The virtual machine installation and the extension pack go without any issues, but when trying to run Kali Linux inside the VM either kali won't run and the VB will give a "fatal error" message, or it will crash the PC to blue screen. Have tried the 64b and the 32b version for Kali Linux, to see if that was the issue, didn't work. Freed up some space on PC's harddisk and would not help. Checked that both the Extension Pack and the Virtualbox are the same versions (both are 6.1.14). Still crashing. Have done VB re-installation at least twice. Also made sure the BIOS allowed for virtualization and read quite a bunch of posts here.
Virtual Box Version: 6.1.14
Virtual Machine: Kali Linux 2020.3 vbox-i386
PC: Windows 10

Hyper-V is enabled and needs to be disabled. See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active). (The new test builds might have a fix for this problem. If you try a test build and it works, report here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=90853, and save the installer file.)

Thank you @scottgus1 I followed the instructions on [url]HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active).[/url] and I only needed to turn the Hyper-V by using the commands on CMD.
This worked, and now the Virtualbox is running. I appreciate the help! thanks a lot!
