[Solved] Windows 7 guest -- why USB 1 only?

The USB settings only show an option for USB 1.1 (OHCI).
How can I get the option for USB 2 and 3 to display?
My guest additions are updated.
VB 6.1.14

Install the VirtualBox extension pack. Guest Additions aren't relevant.

I see you posted in "Linux Hosts". I hope you're actually using VirtualBox and not the distros own build from open sources, because that isn't supported on this site. It would explain why you didn't install the extension pack, which is not open source.
