Error during create a new Win 10

When I try to start the virtual machine I get the error message in the appendix. It is my company pc and I only have "half" administration rights.
I tried the same setup on another PC and was able to start the virtual machine normally and I am already running it, but why do I have this message on the company PC.
Is it a rights problem or am I doing something wrong ?

Either your PC BIOS does not have the "Virtualization Technology" (VT-x/AMD-V/SVM) turned on, or something on the PC, like Hyper-V or 3rd-party antivirus, is interfering. Go through every part of
I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests

I would be happy if I could install at least 32Bit, but this is not possible either. When I install a 32Bit version I get the same error message.

That is expected with VirtualBox 6.1 . If you want to run 32-bit guests without hardware virtualization you will have to drop back to 6.0 or earlier. That code is dropped in 6.1 .

i tested now 6.0.0.1 : 5.2.4.4 : 6.1 Version
on all programms the error, it does not matter if I choose 64 or 32bit
I really think there are some group policies, rights issues or something like that.
I can't get into the Bios either, because many things are blocked by our IT.

Thanks for making the screenshot smaller. Please check that it's still readable...
On 6.0.x and earlier, 1-processor 32-bit guests running Windows 7 and earlier (probably similar limitations on Linux versions, though I don't know the crossover point) can be run. Be sure to limit your guest OS accordingly.

Make a case to your boss that you need Virtualbox to do better work, and the boss might be able to make IT ease up.
