Virtualbox Bridged, NAT network, Internal, Host-Only will get the guests together to pass files between and ping each other. Bridged will put the guests on the LAN so internet is available. Plain NAT (not NAT network) will give internet but will not allow the guests to pas files and ping each other. See
Virtualbox Networks: In Pictures.

Check to see that the network cards in the guest's Network settings, Advanced, don't have the same MAC address.
If the above does not help, please provide 'ipconfig /all' from each guest and the host.
Also, Please right-click each guest in the main Virtualbox window's guest list, choose "Show in Explorer/Finder/File Manager". In the window that opens, zip the guest's .vbox file, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
