I cannot install new and also uninstall older VBox (I uninstalled folder manually, but PC still thought I have VBox installed (in "Uninstall programs", so I deleted some registry manually (type in windows search box "regedit" and press enter) - delete VBox registry from all! "SOFTWARE"->Oracle (VBox) folders (in "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT", "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" etc), and I could open VBox installer, but when installing error still appears.
Only this one helped me:

I turn off every service beyond Windows, reboot, turn on selected services I want and everything works perfectly ;)

Arekadiusz, I deleted the couple of other posts you made with the same info, as the topics were old. Forum custom is to not disinter the dead.

Your link seems legitimate though I am not certain how it fixed your problem.

The link is to show how to disable non-Microsoft services and startup programs so a Microsoft-only boot of Windows can be tried.

Virtualbox is installed via the WIndows MSI installer system. It appears that your Windows MSI database is bunged. It happens, it is not caused by Virtualbox, and there's things to do to fix it, using the Windows help channels. Take a look at these resources:

I have two other links to suggest. See also if you have any corrupted MSI database files:
