I'm missing the CLI tool VBoxManage under Windows 10. Does it not come with a standard installation?
EDIT: Ah, I saw that it is in /usr/local/bin under macOS and thus found in PATH. Under WIndows 10 it is in
\ProgramFiles\Oracle\VirtualBox and has to be invoked explicitly from there or the PATH has to be adjusted accordingly.
VBoxManage not part of a standard installation (Windows)?

See also Howto: Run VBoxManage without having to type the program path.
