Problems creating VM's on NVMe SSD

I've installed VBox Versión 6.1.14 r140239 (Qt5.6.2) & extensions pack, wich add supports for NVMe, so i create a Raspberry Pi VM, but cannot install 2020-02-12-rpd-x86-buster.ISO. Changed to another PC, with a SATA SSD & low specs compared to first one(MSI GL63 8RC, 16G RAM, i-8750 NVMe 256G first drive HDD 1Tb second drive-- versus DELL optiplex 3050 micro 8gRAM Pentium processor 64 ) Bits instruction set, 120G ROM SATA SSD).
Tried other kind of S.O.s & have same issue, please give some advice or help.

Perhaps you have a bad download of the ISO. That file runs fine here.

Will it run in live CD mode? It works here in both live CD and install modes.

Virtualbox support for NVMe only means it can present an NVMe controller to the guest OS. Virtualbox's guest disk files have always been able to exist on any type of host disk: platter, SSD, NVMe, etc. One does not have to match guest disk type to host disk type.

Inability to install on a Windows host might be a sign of active Hyper-V.

Start the guest from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the guest from within the guest OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the guest with the Power Off option set.

Right-click the guest in the main Virtualbox window's guest list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log. Search the log for these words:

Attempting fall back to NEM

If these words are in your guest's vbox.log, Hyper-V is enabled. See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active)

If these words are not present, zip the vbox.log, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
