Post by bensz »

Hello,
I use ubuntu 18.04 up to date. I updated today virtualbox and since I can't start my VMs.
I have Échec de l'ouverture de session pour la machine virtuelle win7 ets5 090917 agrandi.

VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX).

Code d'erreur : NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)
Composant : ConsoleWrap
Interface : IConsole {872da645-4a9b-1727-bee2-5585105b9eed}

my guest is an windows 7 and VT-x is disabled as my processor can't manage it (Intel® Pentium(R) CPU B960 @ 2.20GHz × 2 )
I didn't change any parameters of my VM and I used one just before updating virtualbox.
Thanks for help
Benoit

VirtualBox 6.1.x requires VT-x. You'll have to use Virtualbox 6.0.x or 5.2.x.
