Virtual Box MacOS Installation Error

Hello
i am runnig on a amd computer (ryzen 5 1600x) and i have windows 10. now i want to install MacOS Catalina in Virtualbox but i got a Error.
The Error is in the png look in:
The Text File (Log) is to big to upload
