I use Virtualbox on a Windows 10 host.
I need to create 2 different networks (a bridged network and an internal network), to assign different IP addresses and to let VMs on each netwotk communicate to each other.
Is there any routing function in Virtualbox?
As an alternate solution, what routing VM as light and as simple to manage as possible can I implement to connect both networks?
Is there a pre-confngured VM I can download or a manual to set up my light routing VM?

There is no built-in routing in VirtualBox, just as there is no built-in routing in a PC. It is all done by routing software running under the installed OS in both cases. Routers do not care whether you networks are physical or virtual, or whether the devices are PCs, vms, streaming devices or refrigerators. All they care about is a device's IP config.

I have been emulating physical networking schemes on vms for more years than I care to remember and have never found a case where an all-virtual or mixed network behaved differently to an all-physical setup. Internal and bridged networks work just like physical ones as far as routing is concerned.
