Virtualbox critical error

Hello,
I'm trying to run a server 2019 VM on a windows 10 pc but I'm getting an error message stating a critical error has occurred. Was hoping someone could help me parse through the logs to figure out why this is happening.

Hyper-V is enabled. See
HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active). (The new
test builds might have a fix for this problem. If you try a test build and it works, report here:
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=90853, and save the installer file.)

If you have the same problem, we don't need a log. Just completely disable Hyper-V. There are stacks of posts on the topic. If all else fails, use the bcdedit command to prevent the hypervisor loading.

Virtualboxers, right-click the guest in the main Virtualbox window's guest list, choose Show Log.
Search the far left tab's log for this text:
Attempting fall back to NEM
If you find it, Hyper-V is enabled. One of the posts that Bill mentioned as a fix is my post directly above yours.
It is good to read through a topic and try the recommended solutions before just glomming on with a me-too.
