Hi
Ive been running virtualbox on my osx 10.5.6 for a week now and all went well. Today i tried to boot and it gave me this error( i cant remember what it was, but it was about reconnecting my external dvd burner) However before realizing the error was related to not having plugged in my external dvd burner, i played around with the controls and change:
- the boot order,
-the network adapter type,
- enabled usb controller
-enabled audio
-change the IDE control type from PIIX3 to PIIX4.
When i did a quick search of the error i found the answer on a forum ( reconnect the dvd-drive) so i did this but i got the 'windows could not load normally, please select -start windows normally, -start safe mode etc.
I tried changing the preference back the way they were and booting in all options but nothing worked.
Anyone have any answers?
Fatima
