Installing Windows XP

A friend told me that I should install Virtual Box and once it was installed shut it down. Then I should insert my windows xp install disk. They said that Virtual Box would assist me in the windows xp install.

It's hasn't quite worked out that way. Anyone who might be able to help me?

Just start VB and then click on the "new" button. The wizard will walk you thru the process.
