Cannot install guest OS!!!

I created the virtual disk, mount the DVD, but failed to install guest OS on my MacBook.

There are the error messages:

Unknown error initializing kernel driver (VERR_GENERAL_FAILURE).
VBox status code: -1 (VERR_GENERAL_FAILURE).

Did you download the binary, or did you compile Virtualbox yourself?
Also, what guest OS are you trying to install?

And do you get this error in the Guest OS window, or does Virtualbox crash, etc?

I downloaded the binary.

I have tried to install WinXP, WinMe, no success.
The installation failed in the beginning.
The messages were what I got.
