uninstalled, now cannot install

Hi Guys

I uninstalled v2.1.0 on my XP 64 and now trying to install the latest version but it doesnt work. It installs, goes to the end where its registering the product then it rollbacks and gives me a premature end error. Can someone tell whats going on?

Windows XP 64
3GB RAM
