Does anyone know how to install the virtualbox driver if it can't install the mouse part

The install fails and it messed up my system so I deleted the whole vm and I started over. I was trying to use vista and am on VirtualBox 6.1 its the latest I can install for my MacBook as my MacBook is too old to update. Since my Mac I got was the most affordable but from 2010. I simply can not install the latest one as for the current version the driver as I turned on 3d acceleration, also when I did this and enabled Aero it showed through the screen. Making it look like the aero messed up. It was horrible, couldn’t even disable it or nothing. I literally could only see the taskbar and gadgets but the desktop did not show instead it showed what was on my MacBook.
