Hi there. I am running Windows 11 host, VirtualBox 7.2.6, and Ubuntu server 24.04.4.
I have the Ubuntu VM configured with a Bridged network adapter because I have multiple VM's on my network and I need them to get assigned their own IPs so I can access them from other machines on the network.
Lately I've noticed the network traffic to the VMs is incredibly slow. When I run apt to do updates, the downloads can take more than an hour or more. It didn't used to be like this, so something has changed but I don't know what. I've kept my VM configurations the same. I update VirtualBox monthly to get the latest version and Windows installs its own updates.
Any thoughts on this? Any way I can get the network speed back to the VM?
