Installing VB 7.2.4 on a Win 11 25H2 Host - a Solutlon

1) Make sure MS Hyper V is turned off. Read this forum for all the steps to do this.
2) Install VB 7.2.4 using "run as administrator" option
4) Install the current guest additions.
5) reboot, don't bother to test VB yet
6) Reinstall VB 7.2.4, select the "repair" option, again using "run as administrator" option
7) Reinstall current guest additions.
reboot a second time. This is a "belt and suspenders" step.
9) Your VMs should now work.

Comment - Either Win11 25H2 or the VB installation program do not delete old portions of earlier VB installs the first time around. Could not be bothered to find out which it is

In step 4 I think you mean current VirtualBox Extensions. You don't install Guest Additions in the host system.
