Watchdog Bug errors!

VirtualBox Graphical User Interface
Version 7.2.6 r172322 (Qt6.8.0 on windows)

Host: Windows 11 Pro - AMD RYZEN AI MAX+ 395 w/ Radeon 8060S (3.00 GHz), 96Gb RAM
Guest VM: Ubuntu Server 24.4.4 Apache2/PHP/mySQL

Issue: I am getting the following errors on the VM Terminal:
watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#3 stuck for XXXXs! [swapper/3:0] ( or similar )
The CPU varies from 0 to 3. and sometime get multiple (3) instances of this error.

Any SSH connections (I use putty) are dropped but the VM continues to run.

The VM was created from an OVA on Windows 10. This issue
never shows on Windows 10.

Is there specific setting in Vbox I should be aware of to fix this issue?
