VB thinks it has crashed

Oops. We're sorry. It looks like VirtualBox has crashed.

I'm running a Win 10 guest on Fedora 43 (fresh Fedora update and new VB installation this a.m.) After I close the VM and try to close the Oracle VirtualBox Manager by clicking the X in the upper-right corner, I get the above error message. See attached .png of the "Report." It seems like some sort of bug, since VM has not, in fact, crashed.
