Cannot boot Home Assistant vdi

Hi there! I tried searching these forums and the Home Assistant forums with no luck. Maybe my search terms aren't right...

I am trying to run HAOS from the most recent vdi image. I've tried changing the boot order, the SATA port, UEFI on/off, etc., with no luck. I am 100% certain it's something simple and stupid that I'm missing, and could use some guidance. Here's the basic setting:
