Help: guest additions install error

When I try to install guest additions 7.1.6 in a Windows Vista SP2 virtual machine, I get an error in the log file.
Hope to get a workaround.

Workaround is to boot the VM with signature checks disabled.

Currently I have no idea why this is happening. Windows doesn't trust the driver signature which should be correct (actually there was a fix to the signing which wasn't quite right with 7.1.4).

Is it to use this command to disable the driver digital signature?
Bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS

The reason why the command is used is because pressing F8 before VM starts to disable the driver digital signature is invalid.

Don't quite understand why you can't temporarily (using the F8 stuff) disable signature checking. Others reported it works. You wouldn't need to disable it permanently from what I heard.

Will this build work with Win 10 Pro host and win 7 32 bit VM machine? Do I install this TEST build like a normal Virtual Box Win software and import my appliance? I posted my problem with guest additions failing to upload at 80% giving the driver error and guest error- please see attached screenshots for exact errors- huge thank you!
