Is the directory of the file mentioned in the error message there? Or could it be that your Anti Virus software is getting in the way, blocking access to a file during the build process?

Solve, install and re check environment (C++, python, lib,...)
Hello, I'm also compiling virtualbox code, but I have to modify configure.vbs to complete the configuration generation, did you make the change as well? My compilation process failed when looking for header files in DDK.
