Fix NS_ERROR_FAILURE error (0X80004005) when starting virtual machine?

I'm getting an error when trying to start a virtual machine on VirtualBox. Every time I boot, I receive the following error message:

The virtual machine 'Test' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1).
Result Code: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0X80004005)
Component: MachineWrap
Interface: IMachine {300763af-5d6b-46e6-aa96-273eac15538a}

I have tried checking the modules and configuration but still cannot fix this error. Has anyone encountered a similar problem and can share the solution?

Please provide a 'zipped' copy of the VBox.log file for the Virtual Machine (VM) which reports that error. Any Forum member trying to analyse and provide a possible solution to the problem will need to see the error report in the context of the Host system used and the VM's configuration etc.
