Technically you're barking up the wrong tree. It was Apple which removed the possibility to have KEXTs in recent macOS versions. VirtualBox 6.1 can't do virtualization without its KEXTs. If you upgrade to VirtualBox 7.0 it'll work because it can use Apple's Hypervisor.Framework.
