OK ATM with Ubuntu 24.04 (Basic and Studio) using the 7.0.16 that comes with it. This is running 8 GB Debian and 40 GB Windows 11 guests, no issues so far.
Things WILL get ugly if the host machine runs out of memory for the VMs and VirtualBox combined, in any version.

ATTENTION: PLEASE REFRAIN FROM UPGRADING TO 7.0.16 FOR NOW. THIS RELEASE HAS AN ISSUE WHICH MIGHT CAUSE HOST OS CRASH WHEN VM IS CONFIGURED TO USE BRIDGED OR HOST-ONLY NETWORKING. WE WILL SEND AN ANNOUNCEMENT TO MAILING LISTS WHEN FIX WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD.
Oracle today released a 7.0 maintenance release which improves stability and fixes regressions. See the Changelog for details.

According to the 7.0.16 changelog, nearly all the bug fixes were to Linux host or Windows guest. That may explain my lack of crashes other than those from memory exhaustion.
