Mouse inside some apps works in an uncontrolled way

Hi everyone,

Virtual Box: Oracle VM VirtualBox VM Runner v6.1.50_Ubuntu
Host  OS   : Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
Guest OS   : Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS

Problem description:
When running DosBox under VirtualBox, mouse inside DosBox does work in a funny way / in an uncontrolled way.
To test run eg. Dos Navigator - https://www.ritlabs.com/en/products/dn/
Similar behavior is when trying to run QuakeSpasm under VirtualBox - https://sourceforge.net/projects/quakes ... les/Linux/

There is no such problem when both above apps run on physical machine.
Also, there is no such problem when some other games run under VirtualBox eg: OpenRA, fheroes2.

Question:
is this problem known and maybe there is some workaround?
