error when install win10 on Mac

I install VirtualBox-7.0.8_BETA4-156879-macOSArm64.dmg and plan to install windows 10 on Mac m3 max 128gb

after setup and boot from ISO, the following error is shown.

I wouldn't bother with any Virtualisation software (VirtualBox or other options) if your aim is to try installing an x86 version of Windows 10 on an M series Mac. Windows 10 will need a real and compatible x86 processor to achieve effective performance until/unless an extremely major breakthrough in 'modern' CPU emulation is achieved.

There are no recommendations. VirtualBox for macOSArm64 is a Developer Preview, not intended for production use; and is purely released for testing purposes. From personal experience, the 'best' Windows installation I have achieved so far is Windows XP (32-bit).

As an 'experimental' release, it's a case of what currently works, works; and what doesn't work yet, doesn't.

The link you posted is from 2016 and relates to running Windows on an Intel Mac, and that is still possible with the x64 Version of VirtualBox, if you have an Intel-based Mac.
