VBox doesn't start any more

Hi, I'm running VBox 7.06 since months satisfactorily on my Windows10-laptop. Without having made any modifications, VBox doesn't start any more. I get an error message, which I enclose as png-file to this notice. I removed VBox from my laptop and installed VBox again. However VBox doesn't start, giving the same error message. Can anybody help me?

Hi everybody. My VBox is back in operation. When I started VBox the other day it went on running without giving any error messages. Don't need help any more, however a lot of explanations.
