Unable to install VB 7.0.14 SDK

Hello everyone

my problem is that I'm unable to install the VirtualBox 7.0.14 SDK ( using this guide pypi(dot)org/project/virtualbox ). I would like to use the VirtualBox’s COM API with a Pythonic interface. Searched the iNet for while but didn't found a solution that worked. Also it looks like I'm the only one with this problem and I'm unable to resolve it.

Here are the errors:

Systeminformations:
VirtualBox Version 7.0.14 r161095 (Qt5.15.2) + Extension Pack 7.0.14 r161095
Host: Win11 Pro 2H23 version 10.0.22631.3155
Python v3.12.2

I really appreciate every help because I'm at the end with my (small) knowledge here.

Does anyone have any ideas? I still have the problem and just can't get any further.
