hi all
for more than a year XP use on virtualbox without problems.
Now I get this message and windows won’t start

There was a problem and windows was shut down to prevent damage to the computer.
If this is the first time the crash error screen appears, reboot the computer if the screen reappears, proceed as follows:
Verify that your computer does not contain viruses. Remove all newly installed hard disks or hard drive controllers.
Check that the hard drive is properly configured and equipped with the appropriate terminators.
Run ceckdisk /F to verify that the hard disk is not damaged then reboot the computer.

That is a standard Windows OS message. It is usually caused by a hard disk problem.

With a vm the easiest way to fix it is to delete the vm and restore it from backup. You do back up your vms, I hope!

I delete the vm and restore it from backup but not fix.
In trying to fix the problem I changed the controller to the XP.vdi disk from Sata to Ide. For the moment everything works.
