Unable to run VBox anymore

Was able to run VirtualBox just fine last week until I ran into an issue where I had to delete a vbox file and rename prev vbox file to get things running smoothly. This week the same method didn't fix the issue indicating a likely bigger issue. Hyper-visor X should be disabled as that was a suggestion.
