Hey there,
My Ubuntu Guest worked for a long time and stopped working after expanding its virtual disk space.
I followed the procedure posted here when resizing/expanding the disk space:
viewtopic.php?f=35&t=50661
Everything was working, but then I started getting many errors/fail messages, and it broke at the end.
I can open it, but it loads to a blinking cursor. I cannot get to the terminal at all. I've tried F3, ALT + F3, and all F# to no avail.
I would appreciate anyone's help on this.
The logs are attached if anyone can help.
Thank you.

Re: Ubuntu Won't Load
The logs show quite clearly that whatever is on your disk doesn't trigger any activities after the BIOS loads the boot sector. Any backups?

Can't say from here if it's really lost - check if you accidentally configured the wrong disk image for a VM. Or attach a Live Linux ISO to the VM for using data recovery tools on the disk.
