Folder Sharing Win11 and Ubuntu 23.10

Anyone having file sharing issues between Windows 11 host and Ubuntu 23.10? Can't seem to get it to work, my setup is attached. Seems pretty simple but nothing shows up in /mnt on Ubuntu. I've run Vbox as administrator and no change.

Thoughts?
