itty bittty guest window

I setup Windows 10 on my Intel Mac Monterey and immediately upon setting it up, the guest Windows 10 x64 is a reasonable size. However, when we went to set it up on a second Intel Mac Monterey computer, the window was itty bitty (the parent window was a normal size). Why is there this discrepancy, and how can we fix it for the itty bitty window? We tried altering the display preferences but that made no difference.

If your Mac has a retina display, then in your VM Display Settings, set the Scale Factor to 200%.
