VBox 7.0, TPM 2.0 causes my VM to crash

Post by gloricle »

Error prevents me from accessing TPM, meaning I either have to use TPM 2.0 or no TPM,
I can't use Windows 7 's bitlocker encryption because it does not support TPM 2,
but recognizes the platform's TPM

I get this error whenever trying to start the machinery:
The instruction at 0x00007FF981EBA9D7 referenced memory at 0x00000000000000000015
The memory could not be read;

Can I get past this of is there a fix? Or am I just going to have to go to Windows 10 and use their bitlocker platform?

It's not working for Windows 10 either, it's not acknowledgeing my TPM at all.
