Re: laggy on windows 10 guests
Please start the VM from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the VM from within the VM's OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the VM with the Power Off option set.
Right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show in Explorer/Finder/File Manager. In the "Logs" subfolder, zip the VM's "vbox.log", and post the zip file, using the forum's Attachments tab. (Configure your host OS to show all extensions so you can find the "vbox.log", not "vbox.log.1", etc.)

Did you observe the lagginess in this one and a half minute run?00:01:34.807627 GUI: Powering VM off..
One suggestion, set the VM to two processors.

Re: laggy on windows 10 guests
You have 2 processors this time, good. There's no indication of lagginess in either log.
You have a mismatch in the Extension Pack. 7.0.14 EP on 7.0.12 Virtualbox. Note that this probably isn't the cause of the lagginess, but it may cause problems later.
You haven't got Guest Additions installed, though. The GAs may help the lagginess.
You may want to re-upgrade Virtualbox to 7.0.14, which will fix the EP mismatch. Then install 7.0.14 GAs. (7.0.12's GAs had a few bugs, but 7.0.14's are working better.)
