Hi
I have used VirtualBox many years on my Mac to run Windows and usually works just fine.
Now to my surprise, after improperly looked out from my Mac without first closing down VM and Virtualbox,
I got problem next day. I get the text "Inaccessible". And the following text
Cannot register the DVD image '/Applications/VirtualBox.app/Contents/MacOS/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso' {e74da724-c285-4dbe-ad29-bdba88bd3960} because a CD/DVD image '/Applications/VirtualBox.app/Contents/MacOS/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso' with UUID {d3de5660-01f4-48c0-90c6-6905dbd2d3a7} already exists.
Result Code: NS_ERROR_INVALID_ARG (0x80070057)
Component: VirtualBoxWrap
Interface: IVirtualBox {d0a0163f-e254-4e5b-a1f2-011cf991c38d}
I see other people on the forum ask for similar problems, but this one has the text "VirtukalBoxWrap" which differ from other cases I saw.
The virtual disk is otherwise still there and "un-touched".
One idea I have is to make a new VM using the old virtual disk, but I am not sure it is the proper action.
Appreciate some help!
PS. I run macOS 11.3.1 and VBox 6.1.22 (recently updated and worked fine until now). All on a MacBook Pro (Intel)

Go to the .vbox file, open it with pages, and remove

I just moved the VM files to another macOS, installed vbox + extension pack and greeted with this error when trying to add my old VM.
