How to free Storage Space on Local C drive?

I'm trying to clear storage space on the Local C drive. It has 20Gb of storage and somehow I used 19GB? This is a mystery because I'm only using it to run an application. I viewed all the files for any big files I can get rid of ( most are in Kb), defraged and optimized the disc but barely freed up any space.

I'm running the 7.0 version of VBox with windows 10.

Lots of modern OSs use 10 to 20 GB of space.

Since you speak of a 20GB drive designated C (and physical drives nowadays are way bigger than 20GB) I partially deduce that you're referring to a Windows 10 guest or VM. It is quite reasonable for Windows 10 to take 19GB.

Yet you post in Mac OS Guests.....

Either the contents of your post or where you posted doesn't add up.

Ok, I didn't consider the 19 GB it takes to install Windows 10. Then I need to increase storage.
