usb keep disconnecting

i"m using this configuration:

with virtual box 7.0
i'm connecting zte mf253v modem to the pc with usb2 port
i'm trying to use it in windows 11 so when i launch it from the vm it detect the usb modem in windows and undetect it from linux then after few seconds it undetect it from windows and detect it in linux and so on it keeps doing this
