Error during VirtualBox Guest Additions installation

I have an issue during the VirtualBox Guest Additions installation:

Im installing on a guest with Windows 10 (64-bit) but appears one error saying:
Error opening file for writing: C:\\Windows\system32\VBoxService.exe

I tried to search this file in this path but I don't find it.

Anyone also have this problem?

Make sure that your Windows 10 virtual machine is not running while you're trying to install VirtualBox Guest Additions. Shut down the VM completely before attempting the installation.

You'll run into a problem doing things this way. The Guest Additions get installed in the VM's OS, so the VM has to be running.
